Kathy Jean Stockman

Kathy Jean Stockman, age 65, of Toledo, OH, passed away surrounded by her family on Friday, August 11, 2023 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. She was born on July 15, 1958 to Donald and Dorothy (Seymour) Peregoy. Kathy worked at the Hungarian Noodle Factory but she spent most of her time caring for her children and grandchildren, who she loved dearly. Kathy enjoyed baking, cake decorating, painting, snowmen, all things Christmas, and her dog, Deuce. One of her favorite past times was working on computer graphics. Kathy’s greatest joy was her family and the unbreakable love they shared.

Left to cherish her memory is her significant other, Michael Haack; her children, Jeanie, PJ, Stefanie (Jason), Jan Jr. (Kahla), Haley (Patrick), and Marisela (Butch); her grandchildren, Carleigh, Jagger, Kendall, Quinnlynn, Ronan, Bennett, Theo, Henry, Ruby, and Wren; her great-grandchild, Octavia; her siblings, William, and John (Vickie); her sister-in-law, Jackie; nephew Jacob Estrada; the father of her children, Jan Sr.; and her beloved dog, Deuce. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Robin and Becky; her brother, Charles; and her sister-in-law, Josie.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Monday, August 21, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. with the memorial service held at 4:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in her name may be made the local humane society.
