William "Bill" Jeschke

William “Bill” Jeschke, 80, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2011.  He was born on February 12, 1931 to August and Minnie (Timm) Jeschke.  He attended Waite high school and was on the football team.  He served in the United States Marine Corp.  Bill worked for Sun Oil for 36 years before retiring in 1987.  He enjoyed fishing and was an avid hunter.

William is survived by his wife of 60 ½ years, Lois (Barailloux) Jeschke; son, John (Vicki) Jeschke; daughter, Amy (Ken) Lemke; son-in-law, Michael Leu; grandchildren, Todd Leu, Laura Leu, Lyndsay Jeschke, David Jeschke, Sarah (Tamiko) Shorter and Sabrina Lemke; great-grandchildren, Jacob McGee, John Quintanilla, Gavin Leu and Kylie Shorter.  William was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Pamela Leu, grandson, Jim Jeschke, sisters, Lucille Whetsel, Pearl Hubaker and Mildred Shepherd.


Friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel Wynn at Pickle Rd. (419) 693-9304, on Friday, December 30, 2011 from 2-8 p.m.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday at 11 a.m.  Memorial contributions may be made to Ducks Unlimited or Pheasants Forever.
