Wanda Ward, 52, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Heartland of Oregon after being diagnosed with cancer three weeks ago. She was born August 19, 1962 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Walter J. “Red” and Susan (Thebeau) Ward, Jr. and attended Clay High School. In her spare time, Wanda loved to shop.
She is survived by her mother; son, Anthony Okonski (Brandel); daughter, Erica Beard; grandchildren, Vincent and Manuel Okonski and Cody Guilda; brother, Walter J. (Tammy Davidson) Ward, III and nephew, Walter Ward, IV.
In honoring her wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements were entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
