Verl T. Geiner, 89, of Walbridge, Ohio passed on December 15, 2011. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on July, 26, 1922 to Otto and Laura (Bensman) Geiner. He was a veteran of World War II. Verl worked for Kroger. He was the owner of Sy’s Old Inn. Verl was a fifty year member of the Masons Paragon Lodge No. 0788. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, spending winters in Florida and his many friends at 21 Century Health Spa.
Verl will be deeply missed by his son, Tylor Geiner Sr.; grandchildren, Tylor Geiner Jr., Eric (Lynn) Geiner, Michelle (Mike) McDougall and 3 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marie (Russell) Geiner; parents; sons, Thomas and Timothy Geiner; and his two siblings.
