Venus M. Faust, 55, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015 at Mercy-St. Vincent Medical Center. She was born in Toledo on November 5, 1959 to James and Louise (Fifer) Faust. She was a loving mother to her children: Christopher, Kellie and Pansy and adored all the babies in the family especially her own grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed caring for her dog, Baker.
Venus is survived by her children, Christopher Faust (Amanda), Kellie Faust (Fiancé, Michael Aiello) and Pansy Faust (Greg Matuszynski, Sr.); “adopted” daughter, Danelle Schwerin; grandchildren, Brooke, Steven, Shayne, Daniel, Nicholas, Gregory, Jr. and Ethan; great-grandchildren, Morgan and Carter; mother, Louise Holan; siblings, Roy, Glynis, Sonya (Greg), Sabrina (JR), Amber (John), Mike (Lynn) and Lori (John); stepmom, Janet Faust along with many dear nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and their families, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, James and grandparents, Leonard and Winnie Fifer.
A Celebration of Venus’ Life will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 in the downstairs church basement at Epiphany of the Lord Parish – St. Thomas Aquinas Campus 729 White St in Toledo. Arrangements were entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel.
