Tommy Austin Sr.

Tommy Austin Sr., age 56 of Toledo, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born on August 6, 1965 to Charles Wayne Eugene Austin Sr. and Corine France (Russell).

Tommy was a fun loving kind of guy. He was always fixing up or supin’ up cars, and loved riding his four-wheelers.  His nieces and nephews were his world and he loved them with all his heart and soul. He also adored his cats: Mama Cat, Reese, Demon, and the newest addition, Jinx. He was always making sure they were safe, inside the house, and not getting into trouble.

Tommy is survived by his son, Tommy Austin Jr.; step-son, Mason Waller; grandbaby, Braelynne Heroy; daughter-in-law, Skylynne Underwood; siblings, Kimberly, Missy, Anthony, and Bobby Austin; and his ex, Melinda, who was always there for him despite their hardships; so many dear nieces and nephews; and his special friend, David Nelson. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Corine; and brother, Charles Austin Jr. He will be dearly missed by so many, and will remain in our hearts forever.
