Timothy "Tim" Mckibben

Timothy L. McKibben, age 69, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020.  He was born on July 19, 1951 in Toledo, Ohio to Gerald and Dorothy McKibben.  Tim was a 1969 graduate of Waite High School and served in the U.S. Army, during Vietnam.  He worked various jobs over the years, Deputy Sherriff in his younger years and most recently as a Home Healthcare Aide before becoming disabled.  Tim enjoyed playing golf and going to car shows.  He was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes and New York Yankees fan.  Most of all he loved spending time with his family.  He will be dearly missed.

Tim is survived by his son, Travis (Karlee) McKibben; daughter, Amanda (Michael) Strauser; grandchildren, Noah and Taryne McKibben and Anslee Strauser; sisters, Gerri Ann (Steve) Reyher, Cheryl (Myron) Goff and Michelle McKibben; brothers, Gerald (Linda) McKibben and Thomas McKibben; and many nieces and nephews whom he was very close with.  Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Dorothy.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date when it once again is safe to get together.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
