Thurman "Jack" Slone

Thurman “Jack” Slone, age 40, passed away on May 8, 2024 at Mercy-Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Jack was born on January 15, 1984 to Carla Bruner and Donald Slone in Toledo, Ohio. He graduated from Waite High School and worked as a cashier and stocker for Citi Trends. Jack loved computers and enjoyed gaming and talking to his friends online through Discord. He loved My Little Pony and even created his own pony named “Tee Jay.”

Jack is survived by his mother, Carla Frent; his siblings, Donny Slone, Anna Slone, Tony Slone, Jeannie Phillips, Reynold Slone, and Marcella Frent; his nieces and nephews, Alayalyn Marlow – Jackson, Cassidy Marlow, and Riley Morton. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Slone.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
