Theresa will be deeply missed by her children, Sarah Mullins, Jermey Irshaid, Joseph Ulinski, Amanda Ulinski, Erica Cochenour; grandchildren, Sebastian Cherko and Giovanni Buchanan; significant other, Dale Cochenour; mother Vicki Molnar; brothers, Joseph Bowen and James Burdue. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Virginia Kujawa and uncle James Mullins.
A memorial benefit gathering will be held at Duncan’s 938 W. Laskey Rd. Toledo, Ohio 43612, on October 30th starting at 1:00 p.m. - ? Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the family thru 5/3rd Bank. A special thank you to the staff and nurses at Heartland of Oregon and Heartland Hospice.
