Terrance James (Terry) Peacock

Terrance James Peacock “Terry” age 61 of Oregon, Ohio passed away at Orchard Villa on February 18, 2022. Terry was born to Daniel and Janet (Konoff) Peacock on April 16, 1960, and he was a 1978 graduate of Clay High School. He worked as a carpenter in construction and Snow’s Wood Shop. Terry was a peewee baseball coach and a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church. He enjoyed the outdoors especially hunting, boating and fishing. Terry was a Nascar, Dolphins, and Tigers fan and he loved his grandchildren dearly. He was known for telling old man jokes his family affectionately called “Unkie” Jokes”

Terry is survived by his son Jacob Daniel (Missy) Peacock; grandchildren Seattle and Judah; parents Daniel and Janet Peacock; siblings Jean Czerniak, Ted (Margie) Peacock, and Tim Peacock; aunt Joanne Koch and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel in Oregon, Ohio on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 2 until 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. The family requested that instead of flowers, memorial contributions would be appreciated to the family in order to set up a trust for his grandchildren.
