Steven E. Vermilyea, 59, of Rocky Ridge, OH passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at Bay Park Hospital. He was born on September 18, 1952 in Toledo, OH to Clarence and Joanne Vermilyea. Steven worked for Baron Steel as a fork lift driver. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting bucks, shooting pool and carpentry. Steven also had a love for cars and built several of them over the years. He will be dearly missed.
Steven is survived by his companion, Cynthia; sons, Richard and Dustin; daughters, Charity (Robert), Stacy; 5 grandchildren and his siblings, Clarence A., Peggy, Patty and Penny. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Friday, March 30, 2012 from 5-7 p.m. where memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
