Steven Howard Stamper

Steven Howard Stamper age 47 of North Toledo passed away at Ebeid Hospice on Friday, June 2, 2023. Steven was born to Howard “Joe” and Ethel “Dolly” Stamper on August 10, 1975 in Toledo. He worked as a supervisor for C&W Tank Cleaning for over 25 years. Steven loved his children, grandkids, family, and God. His favorite things to do were drink at Jerry’s Pub, fish at the pond with his friends, and watch the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. Steven was a strong, caring, hardworking man who loved to lend a helping hand. He would give you the shirt off his back.

Steven is survived by his children J.R. (Alyssa) Smith, Victoria (Shane Kelley) Stamper, Nicholas Diver, and Cierra (Exavier Ealy) Stamper; grandchildren Evan, John III, Exavier II, Jazmine, Elijah and twin grandbabies due in July; sisters Kathryne Kirkum and Mary (Greg Schrecongost) Stamper; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Rosamaria, daughter Colleen Jo, parents, brothers Sam and Boo Boo and sister Nina.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, from 2-8 p.m. The service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forest Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the family c/o Cierra Stamper.
