Steve L. Collins, 56, of Millbury, Ohio passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at the Bowling Green Manor. He was born in Toledo on June 17, 1956 to Eldon and Marlene (Barrett) Collins who preceded him in death.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, September 22, 2012 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Burial and funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
