Steve (Weasel) Brown

Steve “Weasel” Brown age 68 of Oregon passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2023, at UTMCO. Steve was born to Dwight and Hazel (Hill) Brown on March 13, 1955. He graduated from Lake High School and became a Journeyman Ironworker with the Local 55. Steve was a great provider and a wonderful husband and papa. He loved hunting and fishing and riding his Harley. Steve loved hanging out with his buddies who called him “Weasel” and he was always the life of the party.

Steve is survived by his loving wife Judie; daughter Jennifer Everett; grandchildren Joshua Violet Manning and Alexander Manning; siblings Carol (Robert) Brown and Dwight Davidson; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Stevie Ray and his parents.

A visitation will be held at Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 S Wynn Rd in Oregon on Thursday, August 31, 2023, from 12 noon until 6 p.m. A time of sharing will begin at 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated to his grandchildren.
