Stephanie Ann Larkins, 46, of Oregon, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 20, 1969 in Toledo, Ohio. Stephanie was a graduate of Northwood High School and earned her Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Toledo. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Flower Hospital in the Cardiac Stepdown Unit. Later she earned her Masters of Science from Indiana Wesleyan University and worked as a manager for Children’s Special Healthcare Services.
Stephanie was known as a dedicated and loving mother, who was a passionate and strong woman. She enjoyed music, arts and crafts. She will be dearly missed.
Stephanie is survived by her loving daughter, Brittany (Nate Cousino) Larkins; parents, Susan and John Jaegly; grandmother, Betty Heilman; brother, Christopher (Steffany) Larkins; nephews, Trent, Owen and Brody; aunt and uncles, Linda (Rick) Mabry, Bob (Debbie) Heilman, George Heilman, Mike (Linda) Jaegly, Jeff Jaegly, Jean Ann (Jerry) Studer, Tom (Penny) Jaegly, Susie (Martin) Shaffer, Scott (Beth) Jaegly and Karl Busson, as well as many numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Clarence Heilman “JR” and grandmother, Jane Jaegly.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, July 12, 2015 from 2-8 p.m. where a scripture service will be held at 7 p.m. Funeral services will begin on Monday in the funeral home at 9 a.m. and continue on with the Mass of the Resurrection at St. Jerome Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions can be made to Lustgarten Foundation (for pancreatic cancer research) or St. Jerome Building Fund.
