On June 9th Our Lord and Savior called our little angel Silas Michael Rodgers to heaven. He was given to us as a special gift on Oct. 13, 2010. He is survived by his loving parents, Thomas Jr. and Andrea Rodgers of Canton, MI; grandparents, Thomas and Teresa Rodgers of Fairfield , TX, Gary Dingess of LaSalle, MI, and Pamela Trendel of Toledo, OH; great-grandparents, Taylor and Janice Dingess of Adrian, MI and loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
Little Silas enjoyed life to the fullest. He enjoyed playing outdoors with his family and friends, cars, golfing and horses. He was never caught anywhere without his little snuggle bunny that he loved so much. Although he was only with us a short amount of time he left an impact on the hearts of everyone he knew. We will miss your hugs, kisses and most of all, your laugh. We love you Silas, we’ll never forget you and we’ll miss you always.
Family and friends may visit Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in New Bellville Cemetery.
