Shirley M. Rowley

Shirley M. Rowley, age 79, of Oregon, OH, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo Campus. She was born in Massillon, OH, to Myron and Pearl (Flinner) Rowley on October 7, 1943.  She enjoyed a career as a professional hairstylist.  Her family knew her to be a kind and loving mother and grandmother.  Shirley’s grandchildren were her world; she encouraged them to believe in themselves and follow their dreams.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Sharon, Karen, and James; her 5 grandchildren, Shawn, Willis, Jack, Scott, Rylee. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Jeff, and her beloved grandson Brandon.

Arrangements entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel in Oregon, OH. A memorial service will be held at a later time. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital.
