Sharon Kay Brewer

Sharon K. Brewer, 73, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Monday, May 16, 2022 at Mercy Health-St Vincent Medical Center surrounded by family and friends.  She was born on August 17, 1948 in Toledo, Ohio to Wayne and Mildred Goucher.  Sharon was a graduate of Morrison R. Waite High School.  After graduating she met and married the love of her life, Harry D. Brewer and started a family.  She worked for many years at the Toledo Sports Arena in the concession stands, but mostly she was a wife, mother, and homemaker.  She enjoyed dancing, reading books, playing pinochle with her family and friends and spending time with her grandchildren.

Sharon is survived by her children, Harry A. Brewer, Steve J. Brewer, Craig E. (Julie) Brewer, and Joshua A. Brewer; grandchildren, Craig Jr, Camryn, Meleah, Mason, Kason, and Mireya; and her brothers, Jeffery (Brenda) Goucher, and Clarence Goucher.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harry D. Brewer; and siblings, Wayne L. Goucher, Dennis Goucher, and Kathleen Goucher.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Friday, May 27, 2022, from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday in the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park.
