Sarah Marie Beacher, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on August 11, 2015. She was born July 20, 1984 to Mary Frances (Fran) Miller Beacher. Sarah lived life to the fullest. She was deeply involved in her East Toledo community. Sarah was not only heavily involved in the activities of her five children; she was always helping others selflessly and striving to make a difference in her community. An avid Oakdale parent volunteer, she also coached “Cheer”, helped with Girl Scouts, and was an avid “football” mom. Always a friend, Sarah was always helping friends (old or new), organizing life events such as parties for friends and family, neighborhood block parties, or fundraising benefits for other families in need at times of crisis. Always smiling, her infectious laugh and her loving, yet determined, leadership will be sorely missed by all who have known her.
Sarah was preceded in death by grandparents, Thomas and Irene Miller; her mother, Fran Beacher, Ricci Torres II, James (J.D.) Sutherland, and baby Daniel Bicklehaupt. She is survived by her fiancé, Daniel Bicklehaupt; her children, Kyleigh Bicklehaupt, Ricci Torres III, Kayla Torres, Madalyn Bicklehaupt, and Nicholas Bicklehaupt; her siblings, Eric Zychowicz, Tracy Sosa, Christopher Beacher, and Chad Fikes, along with her ‘parents’ Frank and Mary Zychowicz and many nieces, nephews, cousins, best friend Salina and countless friends.
Friends of the family may pay their respects at Freck Funeral Chapel , 1155 S. Wynn Rd, in Oregon, on Sunday, August 16, 2015 at 11:00a.m. Following a closing prayer, a Celebration of Life will be held at Hope Community Church of the Nazarene, 5050 Starr Ave, in Oregon at 1:00 p.m. Contributions to the family can be made through her Go Fund Me account, http://www.gofundme.com/supportsarahb.
