Sandra Fox

Sandra Fox, age 82, of Walbridge passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, March 17, 2025, at the Genoa Care Center. She was born on June 19, 1942, in Toledo, OH to Charles and Beth (McLachlin) Marble. Sandra was a proud 1960 graduate of Waite High School. She married her husband, Patrick Fox, on May 23, 1965, just short of 60 years together. She worked for the United States Postal Service in the Toledo area. She started as a mail carrier and retired as a clerk after many years of service. Sandra had various talents including playing the piano, sewing, and crafting. She loved breakfast and lunch dates with all of her family or friends. In her free time, she liked to bowl and watch sports, especially the Detroit Tigers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Detroit Redwings, and the Toledo Goaldiggers. However, what she enjoyed most in life was getting to be Grandma and Gigi to all her grandkids. 

Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Patrick; children, Lori (Kurt) Johnson, Janet (Raymond) Lee, and Bethany (Mike) Chase; daughter-in-law, Carol Fox; grandchildren, Stefanie (Josh Bolduan) Fox, Kyle (Mary) Lee, Hunter (Ben) Christian, Mallory (Charles) Awls, Jacob (Tatum) Lee, Courtney (Nate Lewis) Johnson, Noah Blank, Jackson and Nicholas Chase; great-grandchildren KJ, Archer, Emerson, Joshua, and Aleeya; brother, Wayne (Mary Lou) Marble; sister, Denise Luettke; brother-in-law, Mike Fox; sister-in-law Barbra Winkler; and special family members, Gina Alessandrini and Nathan Yates. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Robert Fox, and siblings, James, Joyce, and Maureen Marble.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 10-12:00 pm where funeral services will take place at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Lake Athletic Boosters or the Toledo Humane Society.
