Sally M. Lasater, 84, formerly of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016. She was born on October 29, 1931 in Toledo to James and Margaret Keane. Sally was a 1951 graduate of Waite High School and worked as an L.P.N. at St Vincent’s Hospital for 20 years, retiring in 1981. She enjoyed ceramics and ran Sally’s Ceramics with her husband, Richard. She was a former member of Heritage Christian Church. Sally will be dearly missed by her family.
She is survived by her children: Deborah (Michael) Ryan, Gary (Teresa) Lasater and Brad (Melinda) Lasater; 4 grandchildren; sisters, Margaret (Ted) Harris and Mildred Hines and her sister-in-law, Dorothy (John) Lampros. Sally was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Richard and brothers, Lowell and John Zunk.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Lake Twp. Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Heritage Christian Church.
