Sally Ann Dalton, 78, of Oregon, Ohio passed away October 25, 2018 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital. Sally was born to Rolland Frederick and Ruth Collins Frederick Gates on May 29, 1940 in Oregon, Ohio. Sally was a 1959 graduate of Clay High School where she was a member of the Glee Club and the Women’s Select Choir. After high school, Sally worked at Collins and Parker Pharmacy before attending Davis College earning an Associates Degree in Business. She worked as a bookkeeper for several companies before launching out on her own in 1978 opening Dalton and Associates. Sally was a past president of the Oregon Northwood Rotary and acted with the Genoa Civic Theater.

She is survived by her husband, Glenn Dalton Jr.; daughters, Amy (Paul) Heuring and Jill (Matt) Spaulding; step-children, Glenn Dalton III, Scott (Sherri) Dalton and Tammy (Bob) Schriever; grandchildren, Kirsten Heuring, Zachary Spaulding, Connor Spaulding, 7 step-grandchildren and 1 step great-grandchild; siblings, Bill (Gerilynn) Frederick, Jerry (Nancy) Frederick, Jane (Larry) Bulington, Tom Frederick, Enid Frederick, Paul Frederick; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Charles Frederick. The family would like to thank Drs. Robinson, Afolabi, and Sharma for their care and compassion over the last nine years. They would also like to thank the staff at DaVita on Lemoyne Road and and the ICU Staff at St. Charles Hospital for their amazing care.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, October 28, 2018 from 3-8pm Funeral services will be held on Monday at 12 noon in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the Genoa Civic Theater or the Oregon-Northwood Rotary Scholarship Fund.
