Rosemarie "Dolly" Beyster

Rosemarie Beyster, 82, of Temperance, MI passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Flower Hospital.  She was born on January 14, 1938 in Schiller Park, IL to Delmar and Blanche Vermillion.  Rosemarie was a devoted mom, grandma and great grandma.  She loved supporting her children at their sporting events and as their coach.  Dolly loved sports.  She was instrumental in starting the first Little League Softball/Baseball Program in Illinois and was a past-president of National City Little League in California.  In her spare time, Dolly enjoyed playing bingo, working on puzzles and taking trips to the casinos, especially Vegas.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Rosemarie is survived by her children, Lou Ann (Patrick) Ingle, Vicki Beyster, Paul John (Patty) Beyster II, John Delmar (Christina) Beyster, and Tarrah Beyster; grandchildren, Lisa (Kevin Plueard) Beyster, Brittni (Anthony) Jackson, Sarah Beyster-Gordon, Jessica Robbins, Paul Beyster III, Zackary Beyster, Caitlyn Beyster, Joseph Beyster, Ian Beyster, Gracie Beyster and Ariana Beyster; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Daisy, Merik, Bradlee, Koda, Caroline, and Arya; brother, Ronald (Stephanie) Vermillion; sister, Linda (Jerry) Rachunek; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul John Beyster 1st; daughter, Sherry Beyster and brothers, James, George and Gerry Vermillion.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church, 5757 Starr Ext. Oregon, OH 43616.   Memorial contributions can be made in Rosemarie’s name to the National City Girls Softball League 2617 E. Plaza Apt 519 National City, CA 91950, attn. Peggy “GiGi” Brownlee.
