Rose Marie Lengel, 75, of Oregon, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg Center. She was born on March 21, 1939 to Howard and Rose Brown. Rose Marie was a 1957 graduate of Central Catholic High School and a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church. She worked as an office manager for Highland Appliance for over 20 years. Rose Marie retired from NAMSA in 2004.
She is survived by her loving children: Terry Lengel, Mark (Sally) Lengel and Diann (Mike) Julius; grandchildren: Mark (Diana) Lengel, Allison (Aaron) Bollinger, Corey, Matt and Andrea Julius; 2 step grandchildren: Tim and Michelle Oliver; great-grandchildren: Ava, Sophia and Camden; step great-grandchildren: Dennis, Dominic, Cody and Carter and her brother, Kenneth (Thelma) Brown. Rose Marie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Francis A. Lengel, Jr.; parents; and her sister, Marion Evanoff.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel on Monday, September 1, 2014 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will begin in the funeral home on Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. and continue on with the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Ignatius Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Ignatius Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Ignatius Church or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
