Rosamaria Stamper

Rosamaria Stamper age 63, of Toledo, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Rosa was born to Juan and Sara (Ruiz) Vasquez October 11, 1959 in Toledo, Ohio. She was a graduate of Woodward High School. Rosa has worked as a receptionist for the Chicago Title Company for the past 25 years. She was a strong-willed feisty woman who was always the life of the party. Rosa had a way of making everyone happy; she loved cooking and caring for people. Rosa had a big heart and loved her children and grandchildren. Forever young, she was adventurous and loved taking trips, visiting casinos, and watching the Cleveland Browns.

Rosa is survived by her husband Steven Stamper; children J.R. (Alyssa) Smith, Victoria (Shane) Kelley, Nicholas Diver, and Cierra (Exavier Ealy) Stamper; grandchildren Evan, John III, Exavier II, Jazmine, and Elijah; siblings Hope (Manuel) Munoz, Bobby (Tammy) Vasquez, Johnny (Althea) Vasquez, and David (Roberta) Vasquez. She was preceded in death by her daughter Colleen “Jo Jo” in 2018 parents Juan and Sara Vasquez, sister-in-law Nina, and brothers-in-law Sam and Boo Boo.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, January 8, 2023, from 2-8 p.m. The Funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forest Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to the family.
