Ronald "Ron" C. Holbrook

Ronald “Ron” C. Holbrook, 84, passed away at Perrysburg Healthcare and Rehab Center on July 19, 2024. He was born in Martin, Ohio on April 9, 1940 to Carl and Margrite (Moritz) Holbrook. In 1983 he would marry Peggy Boday. They would go on to celebrate over 40 years of marriage together.

Ron was a truck driver who was employed by various firms throughout his life. He loved John Deer tractors, watching Nascar, and riding motorcycles. He loved his dogs and cats, calling them his furbabies.

Left to cherish Ron’s memory is his wife, Peggy; children, Charles (Dawn) and Jefferey Holbrook; sister, Joan Holbrook; brothers, Charles, Gordon, and Douglas Holbrook and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members that Ron impacted during his life. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jean Johnson.

Arrangements are being handled by Freck Funeral Chapel. The family asks that memorials are given in Ron’s memory to the Humane Society of the donor’s choice.
