Robert Eugene Huber, Jr.

Robert E. Huber Jr. "Kojack", a handyman and lifelong resident of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on May 13th, 2024 at the age of 51.

Kojack is survived by his wife of 18 years Kristie; his children Katherine "Katie", Miranda and Karrie; his grandchildren Jeremiah, Milliana, Maeleigh, Malcolm Jr., Ryleigh and Timothy Jr; Siblings Vernita (Ric) Poorman, Bobbi (Darrell) Truax, Christine (Thomas Jr.) Drenner; In-Laws Diane Hayes, Tracy Coutcher, Cynthia (Patrick) Rayford. With many nieces, nephews as well as great nieces and great nephews.  He is preceded in death by his father, Robert E. Huber Sr.; his mother, Sharon (Huber) Lawniczak; his sisters, Kimberly Hughlett and Sharon Huber; his nephew Scott Gilliam Jr.

Kojack was born in Toledo, Ohio on February 22, 1973 to Robert and Sharon Huber. He attended High School at Waite High School Class of 1991. He met Kristie in 1997, gaining the family he had always dreamed of. He married Kristie on July 16th, 2005. He would call himself  a "Jack of many trades" finding his passion in Home Repair. He was a Roofer for many years where he later found his place at NeighborWorks and D&G Properties.

Kojack was a devoted husband and father. He really enjoyed spending time with his family and many friends. He was an avid fisherman, who may not have always been graceful with his cast. Kojack was always proud of his record setting Catfish and was never shy to tell the story. He was a jokester who could brighten the room with his smile and laughter. You always knew when Kojack was around because you could certainly hear him before you saw him. He really took pride in fixing up his house for his family to enjoy and always invited extended family and friends to visit. He will be deeply missed by family, friends and all who knew him. Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel , 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the family.
