Rita M. Truman

Rita Marie Truman, age 60, of Rossford, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at Majestic Care Center.  She was born on June 29, 1963 in Toledo, Ohio to Irving “Bud” and Opal (Carr) Truman.  Rita was a 1981 graduate of Rossford High School.  She worked hospitality management for over 30 years with Hilton Hotels.  Rita had a wonderful sense of humor and loved animals.  She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Rita is survived by; her brother, Richard Burnham; many nieces and nephews; her brother sister/cousins, Dan Truman, Karen Truman, Kelly Ewersen, Tim Truman, and Chip Truman; and her special friends, John Schramm, and the Christoff family.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Irving “Bud” and Opal Truman, and sisters, Rosemary Hartford and Beverly Relford.

A graveside service will be held at Restlawn Memorial Park 3665 Genoa Rd Perrysburg, OH 43551 on Monday, July 10, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Napoleon Church of the Nazarene.
