Richard Alan Tillett, age 61, of Toledo, OH, born on February 11, 1961, passed away Wednesday, September 7, 2022 after a long illness. Many who knew Ricky also knew him as Rockin’ Rick, he was a long-time supporter of the Toledo music scene and a staple at Frankie’s. His passion for music was endless and he loved his dog, Princess. Ricky would often ride his bike around the streets of Toledo, talking to everyone he came across. He was a one-of-a-kind unforgettable person with a big heart who had many friends that loved him. His friends were very special to him and meant more to him than they knew. He was loved and always will be by his family and friends and all who knew him.

Ricky leaves behind his siblings, Barbara (Randy) Rose, Cathie Wilson, and David (Nancy) Tillett; his lifetime girlfriend of 22 years, Charlie; his many nieces, nephew, great-nieces, and great-nephews who he loved very much.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral chapel on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Ricky will be laid to rest at Restlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the family.
