Raymond Hill

Raymond Eugene Hill 7-27-55~3-12-25 Born to "His best mom he ever had" June Mae Barker~Hill~Steven's & Orville Hill Sr. Ole' Time Pick-up trucks & Cadillacs. We lost our Cadillac driving, guitar playin, song writing and singing Sailor.

Ray was a member of PAD and was a retired Merchant Marine Steward on the Great lakes fleets. He loved and lived to bake. Many sailors will tell you how they loved Ray's breads, and special applesauce donuts made from scratch. He spent his retired days gardening, spending time with his kids & grandkids and friends telling his many "This one time stories" . He was a Father & Papa. He could strike up conversation with anyone and make everyone laugh. A one of a kind eccentric guy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, June May Stevens Hill Barker and Orville Hill Sr; son Bobbi Gene, & One of his best buddies (cousin) Jeffery Stevens, and of course Grandpa Stevens.

He left behind soul mate and Baby Mama Glynis Ann; brothers Orville Hill, Victor Hill, Jonathan (Sandy) Hill and Sister Carletta (Gary) Hill; his children June Hill, Lillian Hill, Frosty Drew Hill, Joseph Hill, Leonard Hill, Angel Faust; 14 grandkids and 3 great grandkids. He will be deeply missed, thought of often, and never forgotten, because we all now have our own stories to tell when we gather and reminisce of the old days. So he's now on his next chapter and plan to make his next Million Dollars.

Family and friends can visit Thursday, March 20, 2025 from 10-12pm where service will follow at Freck Funeral Chapel 1155 S. Wynn Rd. Oregon, OH. With burial after at Willow Cemetery. He will be deeply missed, thought of often, and never forgotten, because we all now have our own stories to tell when we gather and reminisce of the old days. So he's now on his next chapter and plan to make his next Million Dollars.
