Phyllis C. Baker, 69, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2014 at Orchard Villa. She was born November 8, 1942 in Hamilton, Ohio to Clarence and Nancy (Smith) Baker. She enjoyed playing cards and Bingo.
Phyllis is survived by her sister, Nancy (Tom) Tapp and brother, James (Carole) Jones. She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence; mother, Nancy Baker Jones; brothers, Kermit, Jr. and William Jones and sister, Kermitta Karpinski.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. at Toledo Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio or a charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements were entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel.
