Phillip Baum, III, 32, of Toledo passed away Friday, November 29, 2013 at his home in Toledo. He was born June 11, 1981 in Jacksonville, NC to Phillip M. Baum, Jr. and Stacey (Wozniak) Baum and was married to Jammi (Streight) Baum. He enjoyed golfing and was a Penn State fan.
He is survived by his parents; wife; children, Page and Phillip M. Baum, IV and Kaitlynn Streight; sister, Stephanie Wozniak and niece, Graecius Warren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m on Monday, December 9, 2013 at Unity United Methodist Church, 1910 E. Broadway Street, Toledo with the family receiving guests one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made directly to the family. Arrangements were entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel.
