Pete McClusky, 76, of Walbridge, Ohio passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017.  He was born on April 29, 1941 in Toledo to Thorton and Arvilla McClusky.  Pete graduated from Waite High School and served in the U.S. Army.  He worked as a brakeman and conductor for Conrail Railroad for over 20 years.  Pete also was a truck driver for many years.  He was a member of Echo Meadows Church of Christ and the F.O.E. in Rossford.  In his spare time, he enjoyed boxing with the I.B.C., fishing and playing cards.   He will be dearly missed.

Pete is survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Leila; children, Greg (Cheryl) McClusky, Rick McClusky, Pauline McClusky, Michael Pegish, April (Tim) Moore and Cara (William) Manning; 9 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter; niece, Barb Jahns Dunnagan, nephew, Jeff Powers and his K-9 companion poodles, Annie and Maggie.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Grace Powers and Betty Jahns.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Sunday, May 7, 2017 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery.   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
