Paul D. Heiserman, 59, of Toledo passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at his home. He was born on March 18, 1956 in Fremont, Ohio and was lovingly raised by Wayne and Mary (Smith) Heiserman. He worked for Moe’s Tree Service for over 16 years and then as a security guard in the ER at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. He was a 30 year-retired member of the Wheeler’s Motorcycle Club and enjoyed being outdoors appreciating the little things in life. He had a unique philosophical nature always questioning the unusual. Above all he loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife, Karen Heiserman; children, Kelly Lynn (Paul) Trzcinski, Paul Hyslop, Karen Sue (Dave) Owens, James (Cheryl) Owens and Monica (Steve) Slater; grandchildren, Jackie (Mike), Randy (Lynzi), Cori, Brandon (Maranda), Thomas, Amber, Miranda, Courtney, Brittany, Alyssa, Chelsea, Devon and Paul; great-grandchildren, Michael, Hayden, Kaeli, Lillian, Mariah, Serenity, Carly, Valerie and Cali; and brother, Nick (Sandy) Gossett along with many friends and riding brothers.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Saturday, January 9, 2016 after 2 p.m. with the Funeral Service to begin at 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made directly to his wife, Karen Heiserman.
