Patricia Ann Shively
Patricia Ann Shively, 62, of Northwood, Ohio passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 9, 1950 in Toledo, Ohio to Kent and Patty Akers. Patricia was a graduate of Northwood High School and worked as Tax Administrator for the City of Northwood for 30 years. She was a member of First St. John Church.
Patricia is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Ralph Shively III; son, Ralph Shively IV; daughter, Gina Shively; 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and her brothers, John and Jeff Akers. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Debra and brothers, Mike and Rick Akers.
