Patricia Ann Czerniejewski

Patricia Ann Czerniejewski, of Oregon, OH, passed away at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Toledo Center on Friday, December 29, 2023 at the age of 79. She was born in Lexington, KY to Floyd Price and Dorothy Louise (Hack) Combs on February 8, 1944. Pat was a member of the Oregon Senior Center (special thank you to the center and the drivers for all their help). She loved listening to her audiobooks (many thanks to the staff at the Oregon library who were so very helpful in helping Pat pick out her audiobooks) and sitting in the backyard enjoying the good weather.

Pat leaves behind her son, Darl E. (Shelley) Czerniejewski; her granddaughters, Trinity (Chad) Czerniejewski, Danielle (Raul) Rogers; her grandsons, Tyler Czerniejewski, and Kyle (Julia) Rogers; her great-grandchildren, Braelynn, Brynlee, Coltin, Braxten, and Camilla; her nieces, Carrie Hack, Lydia Taylor, Brandy Combs, and Stacy Combs; her nephew, Ronnie Combs; her sisters-in-law, Veronica Hack, and Arlene Combs; her many great-nieces and great-nephews; and her special family and friends, Sue Snuggs, Clara Yanez, Barb Harvey, Karen Bauer, Margaret Young, Jim and Marsha Rowe. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Hack; her father, Floyd Combs; her husband, Larry Czerniejewski; her sister Gail (Harry) Lutz; her brothers, Rick Hack and Ronald Combs; her nieces Trisha Palmer, and Paige Lutz and her nephew, Steven Lutz.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel , 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Saturday, January 13, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. with the funeral service held at 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association, or the local humane society. The family wishes to thank Hospice of Northwest Ohio and all Pat’s healthcare providers throughout the years who showed her so much professional and compassionate care.
