Patricia S. Cook, 54, of Toledo passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at her home. She was born in Oregon, Ohio on September 16, 1960 to Frank Leroy and Rosemary (Wheeler) Montgomery. She enjoyed spending time with family and playing poker.
She is survived by her mother, Rosemary; children, Jamie Whitzel, Misty (Derick) Wheeler and James Stiger; stepchildren, Brad and Bobby Conley and their children; 12 grandchildren and siblings, Pauline, Julie, Joann, Tracy, Toni and Sharon. Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Leroy and the love of her life, Robert Conley.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Saturday, June 20, 2015 after 2 p.m. with the Funeral Service to begin at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be private.
