Pamela S. Mabus, age 73, of Toledo, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Ebeid Center. Pamela was born to Leslie and Lorene (Williamson) Manley on June 3, 1951, in Toledo, Ohio. She was a graduate of Bedford High School and worked as a Phlebotomist for several area labs, including Westgate Lab, Smith Kline Beacham, and St. Charles. Pamela was a Christian and an active member of Mainstreet Church, especially enjoying sewing with the Quilting Group, earlier in life, she sang with the Sounds of Praise Choir at Temperance Free Methodist. Pamela was full of life and loved spending time with her family, whether watching her granddaughter's sporting events, camping at Sunny's Campground, or catching a hummingbird in the wild.
Pamela is survived by her husband of 54 years, Richard; children, Renee Mabus and Michael (Gen Czopek) Mabus; brother, Leslie (Chris) Manley; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Nicole Mabus; sister, Janet Hibbs; and brother-in-law, Jack Hibbs.
A memorial service will be held at Mainstreet Church, 5465 Moline-Martin Rd., Walbridge, OH 43465, on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., where family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions are appreciated to the Steven-Johnson Syndrome Foundation.
