Noel C. Billings

Noel C. Billings, age 51, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022. He arrived into this world on March 2, 1971, born to his loving mother, Joann Sniecinski in Toledo, OH.

Noel enjoyed fishing, four wheeling and outdoor activities. His unique sense of humor and laughter will forever be missed.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Ruth Billings (Richardson) and his daughter Corvette Billings; his sisters, Paula Swan, and Sheila Reynolds; his brother, Kyle (Sri) Sniecinski; his brothers-in-law, Larry Richardson, Rick (Karen) Richardson; his nieces, Jody (Sam) Richardson, Heidi Maze, Dani (Bobby) Rowland, Liv Donbrosky, Hilary Donbrosky, Meghan (Shub) Shidar, Brittany Young, Ashley Young, andChloe (Jonas) Kucera; his nephews, Nick (Jocelyn) Reynolds, Gavin Sniecinski, Larry (Ashley) Richardson, and Michael (Tricia) Richardson; and his four-legged friends, Sassy, Raf, Karma and Bean; and many extended family and friends. Noel was proceeded in death by his mother in-law, Helen Richardson; and his grandmother, Elizabeth Keifer; his aunt, Margarette Broich; his cousins, Chad, Phillip and Nathan.

A celebration of life will be held at the Bedford Branch Library, 8575 Jackman Rd., Temperance, MI, on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to Freck Funeral Chapel, Oregon, OH.
