Nicholas Thomas Lewis 31, of Oregon, Ohio, died unexpectedly at home January 4, 2013. Nic was born to Michael and Dora Lewis on November 13, 1981. Nic attended Oregon Schools where he played and excelled in baseball. He loved music and played his guitar in a few bands. He was an avid Detroit Tiger and Ohio State fan. Nic had one child, a son, Dane whom he loved dearly.
Survivors include his parents, son, Dane; sisters, Jillian, Jennifer and Jessica Lewis; grandparents, Bill and Judy Besgrove and a host of loving relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph and Ila Lewis.
A gathering of friends and loved ones will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Freck Funeral Chapel, Oregon, Ohio, followed by a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Nic’s son, Dane.
