Nancy Lee Eveadine (Guy) Moore, 79, of Oregon, OH passed away, peacefully, on Saturday, February 7, 2015. She was born in Toledo, OH on June 28, 1935 to Raymond and Emma (Yates) Guy. She married Donald Moore on January 22, 1954 and together they raised their family. Nancy was a homemaker, as well as worked at Meijer’s, demoing products for 18 years. She enjoyed gardening, particularly her rose bushes. Nancy was also known to be a great cook and made breakfasts for her entire family. She loved all that knew her but had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren.
Nancy is survived by her children, Cindi Rickman, Mitchell Moore, Donald (Janet) Moore; daughter-in-law, Janice Moore; grandchildren, Teonna, Brittany, Cody, Donald “Deeg”, Tiffany, Mitchell, Marissa, Justin, Jettie; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Karen (Robert) Warner, her dog, Buddy and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her, beloved, husband, Donald Moore; parents; son, Michael Moore; daughter-in-law, Deb Moore; grandchildren, T.J., April and Alexis; siblings, Clinton Guy, Raeann Cordell and James (Phyllis) Guy. Nancy’s family would like to extend a special thank you to Tom Rickman for his loving care.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at the funeral chapel at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
