Mildred Darlene Austin

Mildred Darlene Austin, age 76, of Martin, OH passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at Otterbein of Pemberville surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on June 1, 1946 in Genoa, Ohio to James and Della (Bloomfield) Pressley. Mildred worked at Jeep for 28 years until her retirement. She married Ronald L. Austin on July 22, 2011. Church was a huge part of her life, where she was very giving. Mildred donated continually throughout her life. She was a very trusting soul who loved her pets, horses, laughing, flowers and enjoyed eating out.   She traveled to the Holy Land, Japan and to Hawaii.

Mildred is survived by her children, Kenneth William Hagemann Jr. and Renee L. Schneider; grandchildren, Colin Hagemann and Benjamin Schneider; siblings, Velma Dartt and Charles “Bud” Pressley.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ronald L.; her brother, Paul; and her infant daughter, Deborah Pressley.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 where funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Mildred will be laid to rest at Clay Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to Calvary Bible Chapel Toledo, OH.
