MICHAEL EUGENE CRAPSEY, SR.
Michael E. Crapsey, Sr., 59, of Toledo, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. He was born in Toledo on November 29, 1955 to Harry and Mary Ann (Golotka) Crapsey, Sr. Mike previously worked as a foreman for National Wire and enjoyed working at the old Toledo Sports Arena where he made many friends. He loved to explore the outdoors, collecting Eagles and spending time with his children, grandchildren and best K-9 friend, Carter.
Mike is survived by his children, Marie Fuller (Kevin Kekes), Michael Crapsey, Jr. (Julie Strickler) and Jason Mullins; grandchildren, Vincent, Logan, Lola, Keely, Gabriella, Amber, Taylor and Amber; great-granddaughter, Aliannah; special friend, Laurie Crapsey; siblings Harry Crapsey, Jr., Joseph Crapsey, Cathy (Mick) Woods and Mitzie (Steven) Olmstead along with many dear nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Mary Ann Dellaflora, Richard Crapsey and Rhonda Neville and girlfriend, Carmen Jones.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Sunday, March 15, 2015 after 10 a.m. with the Funeral Services to begin at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made directly to the family.
