Michael Dewayne Coffman Jr.

Michael Dewayne Coffman Jr. age 49 of Toledo passed away at home on February 15, 2024. Michael was born to Michael and Velma (Hammond) Coffman on September 8, 1974 in Madison, Indiana. He was a 1993 graduate of Waite High School and went on to earn his Associates Degree in Information Technology from ITT Tech. Michael recently was a cable contractor with Charter Communication and formerly worked in manufacturing with Great Lakes Window. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren especially bowling, fishing, listening to rock n roll, and watching WWE. Michael never turned down a trip to KFC or a Mountain Dew. He lost the love of his life Dora Lee Coffman in 2018. The loss of Dora was incredibly hard on Michael and he hasn’t been the same since her death.

Michael is survived by his children Alayna (Nate) Canaday, Chelsey Coffman, and Michael Coffman III; mother Velma Coffman; grandchildren Nathan, Maya, Ayva, Kaiden, Sophia, and a new grandbaby on the way; and brother Christopher Coffman. Along with his wife Dora, Michael was preceded in death by his father Michael Coffman Sr.
