Martha “Marty” Harp, age 77, of Oregon, Ohio went to be with her beloved Lord and Savior on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio-Perrysburg Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 19, 1938 in Toledo to Charles and Ellen McComesky. Marty was a lifelong beautician and owned Marty’s Beauty Salon for 10 years. She also worked as a substitute teacher at Penta for many years and volunteered at the Locke Branch Library teaching crocheting and knitting.
Marty is survived by her daughter, Sue (Raymond) Navor; son, Trent (Jenny) Harp; grandchildren: Kaleb Kellogg, Joshua Kellogg, Jordan (Tiffany) Kellogg, David Dutton and Tyler Harp. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Nancy Webber and brother, James McComesky.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd, Oregon, on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday in the funeral home at 12 p.m. Burial will follow at Lake Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
