Marilyn Mehlow

Marilyn A. Mehlow, age 72, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Monday, November 11, 2024 at her home surrounded by family. She was born on April 17, 1952 in Toledo, Ohio to Robert and Mary (Cluckey) Pfaff. Marilyn worked at BEC medical lab for a few years, mostly dedicated to raising her family. She loved taking pictures, especially of the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Marilyn enjoyed crossword puzzles, gardening and doting on her dog.

Marilyn is survived by her children Mark (Kristine), Ben (Liz), Karissa (Joel), and Patrick; stepchildren, Scott (Angel) Cass, Cindy (Jonathon), Kim (Mike) and Bryan (Julie); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; stepmother, Marlaine Herbert; and her siblings, Herman, Michele (Tony), Fran (Eduardo), Rachele (Kevin), and Richard (Patty). She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; and siblings, Robert, and Patricia.

A memorial gathering will be held at the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Friday, November 22, 2024, from 12–2pm. Potluck lunch immediately following at Christ Dunberger American Legion Post across the street from Freck Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
