Madicella Lee Fordham

Infant and beloved daughter, Madicella Lee Fordham, of Raquel Dukeman and Frederick Fordham. Was born and passed on December 13, 2023.

She will forever be loved and survived by her parents, Raquel Dukeman and Frederick Fordham; siblings, A’modianna Oliver, Trey Taylor, Nico and Frederick Fordham, Tylaeja Franklin, and Chris Edmonds; grandparents, Tomas Garcia, Brenda Dukeman, and Carol Spidell; great-grandparents, Dora Garcia and Claudia Spidell. She is also survived by many loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her big brother, Lucciano Oliver (Lucci); great-grandfathers, Eduardo Garcia, and James Dukeman; great-grandmother, Deborah Dukeman; great uncles, Jose and Carlos Garcia; cousin, Jason Hardin, and many great aunts.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon, OH on Monday, December 18, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Visitation will close with a prayer service starting at 4 p.m. Morning prayers will be said Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral chapel. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
