Lynn Ann Balogh

Lynn A. Balogh, age 61, of Oregon, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 surrounded by family members.  She was born on September 8, 1961 in Toledo, Ohio to Renzo and Carolyn Maraldo.  Lynn was a 1979 graduate of Whitmer High School and married her husband, Kenneth on September 10, 1983.  Lynn worked as an environmental engineer at Toledo Refinery for 35 years.

Lynn is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Kenneth Balogh; sons, Corey (TJ) Balogh, and Michael Balogh; parents, Renzo and Carolyn Maraldo; sister, Ann (Jerry) Chavez; and brother, Michael (Kathleen) Maraldo.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Rachel and Arthur Mack, and Angela and Secondo Maraldo; and her aunt, Angeline Maraldo.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd in Oregon on Monday, September 26, 2022, from 2:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home.  Burial will follow at St. Ignatius Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to United Way of Toledo or ProMedica Hospice.
