Leslie A. (Martin) Shively

Leslie A. Shively, 34, of Curtice, Ohio passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013.  She was born on August 31, 1978 in Oregon, Ohio to Tom and Linda Martin.  Leslie was a 1997 graduate of Clay High School.  She loved spending time with her family and was very close with her cousins.  She loved all kids, especially, her nieces and nephews.  She will be dearly missed.

Leslie is survived by her husband, Dennis Shively; daughters, Alaynah Martin and Hiedi Shively; step son, Dennis Shively III; parents, Linda and Tom Martin; sister, Misty (Tony) Pendergraff and many aunts, uncles and extended family.

Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S Wynn Rd., Oregon, on Saturday, May 25, 2013 from 2-7 p.m. where funeral services will be held at 7 p.m.  Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the family.
