Kristy Lynn (Stiger) Jones
Kristy Lynn Jones, 35, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 1, 2012 in Newport, TN. She was born on April 4, 1977 in Oregon, Ohio to James Stiger and Connie Teet. Kristy was known as a caring and open person. Her compassion for the elderly was shown through her work as a nurse. She worked for the Avalon Nursing Home as an L.P.N. for the past 2 ½ years. She was a proud mother who loved spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed.
Kristy is survived by her loving family, daughters, Megan and Rachel Jones and Aolani Maria-Jean Boone; step-daughter, Amanda Koster; father, James (Barb Bellville) Stiger; fiancé, Ronald Boone; sister, Tina (Micheal) Tate; half-brother, Jimmy Lee Stiger; step-father, Donald Cser; former husband and friend, Kent Jones and aunts and uncles, Joanie (Steve) Goyings, Patty (Wayne) Bucher, John (Pam) Teet, Larry (Faith) Stiger and Terry (Joanne) Stiger along with many cousins and extended family. She was preceded in death by her mother, Connie Cser and grandparents, Harry and Irene Stiger and Jack and Ruth Teet.
Family and friends may visit the Freck Funeral Chapel, 1155 S. Wynn Rd. Oregon, Ohio on Friday, December 7, 2012 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral services will be in the funeral home on Saturday at 10 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for the children.
